BPHA introduce Interpreter Cards

bpha have worked with Access Bedford having Deaf Awareness training for their front line staff in November delivered by Action on Hearing Loss and have a process in place to book interpreters.

If you are Deaf BSL user and are a bpha customer or want to find out about bpha services you can print off these BPHA Interpreter Cards and give it to the person you meet at bpha customer services.

Also you can go to http://www.bpha.org.uk and click on “contact us” and then “on line chat” where you can type your questions.

We will be arranging a demonstration session at bpha offices very soon.

Thanks BPHA
